went through 4 different companies to get quotes for a new door and motor. My old door was a POS. He completely removed all the old hardware and installed all new hardware. The new door and opener is so quiet that you can't hear it in the next room. The opener is also WiFi enabled and I can open and close it with my phone through an app.
